About The Opportunity
Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking an experienced Facilities & Asset Manager to join our MSA - Main Roads of Western Australia team.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about facilities management and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The FAM plays a pivotal role in maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, while coordinating a range of asset management and maintenance activities across the portfolio.
Nature of the position: Full-time
Reporting Line: Agency Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop facilities management strategies and asset management plans to deliver work order response and maintenance schedules
- Conducting regular surveys of assets and prepare risk ranked program of corrective and preventative maintenance works
- Monitor, analyse and report facility management service performance and recommend effective improvement strategies
- Preparation and updating maintenance plans
- Ensuring that effective planning and scheduling of corrective and preventative maintenance work is carried out within budget and on time
- Ensuring OH&S requirements are met for the contract
- Liaise with site management teams to determine their requirements
- Provide accurate and timely reports for the contract manager and senior management
- Identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
About you
- Demonstrated experience in facilities management, infrastructure projects, or the building and construction industry.
- Proficiency in MAS, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other relevant systems and software.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a high-demand environment.
