Based at our Underdale office, this opportunity offers a warm desk, a strong pipeline of roles, and the chance to join one of Australia’s largest and most successful recruitment agencies.
About the Role
In this position, you will:
• Specialise in permanent blue-collar placements across SA, with the support of a national network
• Build, manage and grow your own perm desk
• Develop strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Drive sales and business development activity
• Source, attract, interview and place high-quality candidates
• Implement creative sourcing and marketing strategies
• Represent the Programmed brand with professionalism and integrity
• Manage administration and compliance requirements accurately
• Contribute to a high-performing culture built on safety, accountability and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
• Recruitment and/or business development experience
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercially minded with strong sales, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritise across multiple tasks
• Excellent time management skills
