The Opportunity

We’re growing and have exciting opportunities for motivated and reliable horticultural maintenance team members to join our teams across the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and Wollondilly regions.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role delivering high-quality lawn and garden maintenance services across a range of client sites.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in horticultural or grounds maintenance

  • Horticulture qualifications (highly regarded)

  • Strong time management and reliability

  • Good written and digital skills

  • A clear commitment and understanding of Quality and Health, Safety and Environment systems

  • Current driver’s license and OH&S White Card
