Working on an 8:6 roster out of Perth, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a large-scale village operation, lead a diverse workforce, and partner closely with both client stakeholders and site leadership to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

What's on Offer

Leading a team of approximately 70-80 employees across multiple departments, you'll play a critical role in driving site culture, supporting leaders, strengthening client relationships and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.

This role will suit a leader who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, building capability within teams and creating an environment where both employees and residents can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of village services across site
