About the Opportunity

Programmed Facility Management is seeking an organised and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our WA Housing Contract team.

In this role, you will support the successful delivery of maintenance, refurbishment and improvement projects across a diverse housing portfolio. Working alongside Project Managers, clients and trade contractors, you will coordinate project activities from scoping through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and is looking to grow their project management career within a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate QR1 and QR2 work packages from initial scope through to project completion.
• Develop scopes of works, obtain quotations and coordinate procurement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Support Project Managers with project scheduling, budgeting, reporting and delivery activities.
• Coordinate trade contractors and monitor project progress, cost and quality outcomes.
• Prepare project reports, maintain project records and manage Excel-based tracking tools.
• Conduct RFQ processes and evaluate supplier and subcontractor submissions.
• Attend site inspections and stakeholder meetings for upcoming and active projects.
• Assist with variation management and project administration requirements.
• Support project handovers, defect rectification activities and close-out documentation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised professional with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.

You will also possess:

• Trade-based background or experience within housing, maintenance, construction or facilities management.
• Experience in project coordination, contract administration, maintenance delivery or a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and contractors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism and teamwork.

Highly Regarded

• Experience managing quotations, scopes of work and subcontractor performance.
• Knowledge of project delivery, maintenance contracts or social housing environments.
