Quality Supervisor- Housing South Metro


We are seeking a candidate for a Quality Supervisor to join the Housing Contract for South Metro.
This critical role will manage compliance and quality of works conducted, conduct site visits to tenanted properties, conduct training and education with internal staff and trades in accordance with technical specifications and the contract.
The role is based in Burswood.


Role Criteria
• Background in building and/or construction
• Trade qualification (desirable)
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of construction processes and site experience
• Experience managing contractors and suppliers (desirable)
• Strong customer-focused approach
• Positive, adaptable, and agile in a dynamic business environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving ability with high attention to detail
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and follow established processes
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Project
• Valid Australian driver’s licence
• Strong commitment to safety
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and delivery-focused individual who enjoys the challenge of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders. They will be driven to achieve favourable outcomes for the client, the team and the community at large.
