We’re excited to share an internal opportunity for a Culture & Capability Advisor to join our People team for a 6-month secondment . This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering initiatives that strengthen CRG’s culture, enhance capability, and elevate the overall people experience.
Partnering closely with the Head of Culture & Capability, People Business Partners and internal stakeholders, you’ll help design and deliver engaging onboarding, learning, culture and wellbeing initiatives aligned to CRG’s cultural attributes and people priorities.
If you’re passionate about culture, learning and creating meaningful employee experiences, this role offers broad exposure, hands-on delivery and the opportunity to make a real impact across the business.
Key Accountabilities
Coordinating the Culture Champion Network , including meetings, Workvivo updates and podcast series
Supporting Purpose Launch and embedding activities (events, resources and communications)
Administering the Better Together Awards , including shortlisting, voting and certificates/prizes
Coordinating onboarding experiences, including event logistics , briefings, catering and new starter gifts
Supporting key capability projects, including:
People Management Essentials
Core Leadership Program coordination
Customer Experience learning asset reviews
Supporting performance and talent processes, including:
Updating learning and process collateral
ELT calibration collation and preparation
360 feedback administration
Supporting engagement and compliance initiatives, including:
Culture Amp survey setup
Fraud learning module build and updates
Managing DEI and wellbeing content on Workvivo
Supporting Days of Significance events and activations
Key Capabilities
Passionate about culture, learning and employee experience
A confident facilitator who enjoys engaging large groups, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Curious and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
Able to think critically, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with complexity and ambiguity.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
