The Senior Regional Manager plays a vital role in working with the Head of Retail to execute the retail strategy and drive profitability across VIC. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, a customer-centric approach and the achievement of key performance indicators across all stores within their purview, ultimately taking ownership of the regional P&L. The Senior Regional Manager also directly oversees a portfolio of ‘flagship’ style stores in VIC and overseeing the remaining VIC region.
How You Will Contribute
Partner with Regional Managers to achieve regional sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
Proactively monitor market trends and competitive activity, identifying opportunities to expand market share and capitalise on emerging customer segments or product categories
Analyse regional sales data to identify opportunities for growth and work with Regional Managers to develop initiatives that maximise sales and profitability
Oversee and ensure operational consistency and excellence across all stores
Provide guidance, support and coaching to Regional Managers in analysing store performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the sharing of best practices and innovative solutions across all stores
Partner with the Head of Retail and Finance team to manage regional retail budgets, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to maximise ROI and support growth initiatives
Analyse regional sales, expenses and profitability trends, collaborating with Regional Managers to implement corrective actions, optimise resource allocation and address any budget variances
Embrace change while facilitating and enabling strategic change with clarity, empathy and optimism
Drive a feedback culture of honesty and transparency
Collaborate across group, building team cohesion and connection, to inspire and bring our House of Brands strategy to life

Capabilities We Value
Significant experience in a multi-site retail management role, with a proven track record of success in driving sales, improving profitability and elevating customer experience
Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and developing high-performing teams within a matrixed organisational structure
Strong understanding and appreciation for the brand, its aesthetic and target customer. Experience in contributing to the growth and development of a premium retail brand is highly advantageous
Experience in contributing to strategic projects and initiatives within a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrating an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and achieve successful outcomes
Experience in leading and managing organisational change initiatives
Proven ability to lead team growth, capability building and succession planning
Proven ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports and generate cost-efficient rotas
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the retail environment and respond with effective solutions.
