As the Loyalty Lead – Acquisition & Partnerships , your mission is to grow the active member base of Country Road Group loyalty programs by acquiring new high-value members.
You’ll lead the design and execution of tactical and strategic initiatives across customer journeys, campaigns, store competitions, partnerships, and sign-up offers. This is a highly collaborative role, working cross-functionally with all five of our brands, Data & Analytics, Digital, Marketing, and Store Operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.
You’ll also play a key role in developing the annual acquisition strategy , coaching a small team, and using insights and analysis to drive smarter, data-led decisions.
Key Accountabilities
Drive growth of the active member base by leading acquisition strategies.
Increase value of new members through customer journey improvements (e.g. onboarding, first shop)
Develop, prioritise and implement loyalty tactics across key touchpoints — including in-store offers, campaigns, customer journeys, and partnerships.
Identify opportunities through robust reporting and modelling, partnering with Analytics and Data Science.
Track and report on outcomes — including member growth and campaign impact.
Lead the development of the annual acquisition strategy and roadmap, including capacity planning and team prioritisation.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders from all five brands, running regular meetings with them to share back results and gather input.
Be the Brand Partner for two brands – represent Loyalty at their leadership team meetings, understand and apply their strategies to Loyalty.
Manage and coach direct reports to support capability building and succession planning.
Key Capabilities
Extensive experience in Loyalty, CRM, Customer Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, or other startup/tech roles.
Understanding of CRM and loyalty within a large, customer-focused organisation, or significant experience in partnership or sales-led customer acquisition.
Ability to develop, implement and refine member acquisition strategies.
Experience leading cross-channel loyalty campaigns and tactics preferred.
Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
Demonstrated success in developing and managing teams, including coaching for performance and growth.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work across senior levels and business functions.
Outstanding workflow and process development skills, including campaign documentation and optimisation.
