Warehouse Team Member NIGHT SHIFT - Country Road Group Distribution Centre

Casual fixed term Night Shift opportunities available to start Mid October to End of December 2025 with potential to extend across our morning and afternoon shift.

• Hourly base rate of $27.81 + superannuation + 30% casual loading

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Night Shift Warehouse Team Member you will be pivotal in providing our stores and online customers with our great products. Supporting our Distribution Centre Team located in Truganina, the role includes Inbound & Outbound, Store replenishment, Online fulfilment and other general warehouse duties. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we invite you to join our team.

What does the role involve?

• Inbound & Outbound duties
• Pick & pack store and online customer orders
• RF scanning
• Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety policies to ensure the workplace is safe
• General Warehouse Duties
• The ability to meet set KPI's to ensure the efficient running of the distribution centre 

Who are we looking for?

Availability to work Monday-Friday (predominately night shift). Saturday shifts are provided based on needs of the business. 

• Night shift, 10.30pm - 6.00am
• Experience within a warehouse/distribution centre environment (MHE drivers and RF scanner experience highly regarded)
• High level communication skills to work collaboratively with your team
• Outstanding time management skills to keep on top of deadlines
• Reliable attendance to rostered shifts
