Change Manager - Country Road Group

We have a newly created Change Manager role that is a pivotal part of our Country Road Group transformation. The Change Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of key strategic change initiatives across Country Road Group, with an initial emphasis on implementation of new ways of working in line with our operating model redesign. This role will be instrumental in driving organisational change, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes, and fostering alignment across teams to support business objectives. The Change Manager will work closely with leaders across the Group to design, implement, and manage structured change initiatives that enhance adoption of new ways of working, agility and performance across our House of Brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies by conducting detailed impact assessments across all organisational levels, mapping current and future state processes to identify key transitions, dependencies, and risks, and establishing success metrics to track the effectiveness and adoption of changes.
  • Align stakeholders on change initiatives through effective communication and engagement, supported by workshops and training to drive understanding and adoption.
  • Define and document process changes, standardise workflows, and collaborate across teams to support knowledge transfer, upskilling, and a smooth transition.
  • Champion change by addressing resistance, promoting adaptability, gathering stakeholder feedback, and driving continuous improvement to sustain change.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate changes, advise leadership on process management, and build a network of change agents to support adoption.
  • Embrace uncertainty and change while facilitating and enabling strategic change with clarity, empathy and optimism.
  • Create & foster an inclusive environment where all team members can thrive and feel included, respected and safe. Set clear expectations of behaviour and hold self and others accountable

Key Capabilities

  • Extensive experience in leading change initiatives, preferably within the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of operating model transformations, business processes, and organisational dynamics.
  • Expertise in process analysis, documentation, and optimisation to support structured change initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process, Prosci, or similar frameworks).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Confidence to engage, partner and influence a variety of diverse stakeholder groups
