Your opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Digital Engineer to support the successful delivery of a major data centre project, driving the next wave of digital and AI-enabled growth. We are seeking experienced professionals with a track record of delivering data centre projects and an understanding of the complexities of hyperscale and enterprise-grade environments. This is a career-defining opportunity to contribute to a complex, high-value project and play a key role in its successful delivery through construction, commissioning and handover.

Reporting to the Digital Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of the project's Digital Engineering requirements, ensuring high-quality model coordination, data management and digital project outcomes across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading BIM and Digital Engineering coordination across key project areas
• Managing model reviews and resolving coordination issues with design and delivery teams
• Supporting the management of project models, information and digital delivery platforms
• Working with consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure accurate and coordinated project information
• Promoting Digital Engineering standards and best practice throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting digital workflows, field technologies and model-based project delivery
• Driving continuous improvement and helping identify smarter ways of working

What You'll Bring

• Experience delivering BIM and Digital Engineering outcomes on major construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong capability in model coordination, clash detection and multidisciplinary design reviews
• Familiarity with Common Data Environments and digital delivery platforms including Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise or similar systems
• A solid understanding of ISO 19650 and digital project delivery principles
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across design, engineering and construction teams
• Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction, Digital Engineering, or a related field
