Your opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Supervisor to support the successful delivery of a major data centre project, driving the next wave of digital and AI-enabled growth. We are seeking experienced professionals with a track record of delivering data centre projects and an understanding of the complexities of hyperscale and enterprise-grade environments. This is a career-defining opportunity to contribute to a complex, high-value project and play a key role in its successful delivery through construction, commissioning and handover.

Your Opportunity

Join a major data centre project in Melbourne as a Senior Supervisor, where you'll lead crews on site, coordinate subcontractors and help drive the safe and successful delivery of structural works.

Working closely with the Superintendent, you'll oversee daily site activities, keep works progressing to schedule and maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating day-to-day site activities across structural work fronts
  • Leading trades, subcontractors and labour teams on site
  • Monitoring progress and resolving issues that may impact delivery
  • Maintaining strong safety, quality and environmental standards
  • Managing site logistics, plant, materials and deliveries
  • Reviewing drawings and specifications to support project delivery
  • Assisting with short-term planning and resource coordination

What You'll Bring

  • A trade qualification or AQF Certificate II in Construction
  • Experience as a Supervisor, Leading Hand or similar site leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of structural construction methods, drawings and specifications
  • Experience coordinating trades, subcontractors, materials and plant on construction projects
  • The ability to plan ahead, manage priorities and keep works moving
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality and team outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
