The role:

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join our NSW & ACT team. You will be based in the North Sydney office and will be working within a face paced environment.

Responsibilities however not limited:

  • Assisting with travel, expenses, meeting room requests and occasional meeting bookings
  • Administration support to the BU – PPE Orders, stationary orders, kitchen supply orders
  • Share duties with with wider Administration BU team - Maintaining meeting rooms, stationary stock and kitchen stock on a daily basis, Reception cover as per roster for lunch breaks/sick leave, set up of new starters (desk & IT setup) in line with HR new starter process.
  • Cover to Senior Administrator/Ops Managers when required

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity, preferably within a construction, engineering or heavy industry environment will be highly regarded
  • A positive, confident and professional attitude
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Strong technical competence, particularly with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
