The Project

An Alliance of CPB Contractors, Bombardier Transportation and Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) will deliver the $1 billion Rail Systems Alliance package of works, which includes the first roll-out of a high capacity signalling and communications system on an existing rail network anywhere in Australia.

Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Training Administrator to join us on the RSA Project in Melbourne. Reporting to the Workforce Development and Training Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all induction and training requirements for Subcontractors performing works for the Alliance. This role will also be responsible for performing administrative duties related to Sub-Contractor/Contractor training such as database management, and other operational support.

This is a great opportunity for a Training Administrator to join a high-profile rail infrastructure project in Victoria.

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Cert IV Training & Assessment or equivalent
  • Advanced Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • 5 years’ experience in training and development
  • Contractor Training Administration experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high-volume work environment
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Rail Industry Worker Experience (desirable)
