The Project

CPB are poised to announce the win of a large new SMPE&I package of works. Design and fabrication will begin in January 2022, with work going until 2023.

Your Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Lead to assist in the management and facilitation of all project quality assurance requirements and provide day-to-day support to Engineers and other project members to ensure that specified project quality requirements are met. This role will be FIFO from Perth working a 15:6 roster.

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Undergraduate degree in a discipline that develops critical thinking skills such as Engineering or Science
  • Experience as an Auditor of Quality Management Systems
  • Minimum three (3) years of construction experience including relevant construction quality management experience
  • Awareness of relevant Australian and International standards, both technical and those related to management systems
  • Good communication, consultation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Solid relationship building skills
  • High level writing skills
  • Good presentation skills with ability to demonstrate and train others
