About the Opportunity: 

Contribute to the Remuneration and Benefits strategy to support the Human Resources strategic and annual business plans. Develop and deliver reward solutions and performance initiatives and policies and procedures in line with external market practices and business needs. 

As the Remuneration and Benefits Advisor, you will be accountable for:  

 • Assist in delivering against strategic, operational and financial plans.

• Support managing costs and resources effectively to achieve financial and nonfinancial targets.

• Help develop reward solutions and implement initiatives to support the delivery of the HR strategic and annual business plans, referencing tax, employment, corporations, immigration, superannuation and industrial relations legislation

• Administration, financial accrual and reporting of special bonus arrangements • Remuneration benchmarking for all employees, including executives

About you:

To be successful you will ideally have the following experience and capabilities:

• Highly numerate and analytical, together with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail

• Skills in data analytics and modelling using Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Remuneration and Benefits

• Strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders

• Experience in managing benefit programs is desirable but not essential
