Your opportunity 

  • Coordinating all direct report site employees, plant resources and subcontract teams to achieve quality and safety objectives in accordance with the project programmes and schedules. 
  • Effectively coordinating and supervising the utilisation of all on-site resources for the project
  • Developing and maintaining an awareness of SHE hazards and associated risks and demonstrate a commitment to eliminate or minimise those risks. 
  • Actively liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Authority to direct personnel and/or subcontractors to carry out actions to avoid or minimise unintended environmental impacts
  • Managing all different building trades, such as façade, steel works, fitout and some expect of MEP

Our minimum requirements for this role are: 

  • Experience as a leading hand. 
  • Applying principles of construction to deliver works in accordance with scope of works technical criteria (SWTC).
  • Demonstrated commercial experience includes planning up to 4 weeks ahead and monitoring of resources within area of accountability.
  • Conduct own work and teams according to site SHEQ.
