Your opportunity

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will sit within the HR team and be accountable for:

  • Coordinating and delivering HR initiatives across the CPB Corporate client group
  • Supporting internal stakeholders in managing their people to perform effectively.

Our minimum requirements for this role are: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Management or related discipline
  • Experience in coaching and influencing leaders in managing their teams
  • Experience in recruitment, with exposure to sourcing through social media
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret employment contracts and knowledge of relevant employment legislation
  • Experience within the engineering/ construction industry.
