Your opportunity
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Senior HR Advisor will sit within the HR team and be accountable for:
- Contributing to the achievement of the CPB and Business Unit plans and strategy by delivering HR related initiatives and support in the area of professional HR information systems.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Experience in generalist human resources work
- Demonstrated experience initiating and driving leading edge HR initiatives and supporting client group through periods of organisational change
- Ensuring business compliance with relevant employment and OHS legislation
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and offer pragmatic solutions
- Demonstrated ability to interpret employment contracts, awards and enterprise agreements and knowledge of relevant legislation
- Demonstrated capability to work independently and as part of a team.
