We are seeking an experienced Senior Services Manager to join our team on the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Redevelopment, a landmark project delivering world-class healthcare facilities for Sydney.
Your Role
As Senior Services Manager, you will lead the delivery of multi-disciplined building engineering services across the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:
- Reviewing engineering services briefs and identifying value engineering opportunities.
- Managing consultants and subcontractors, including tender appraisals and programming.
- Writing scopes of work and approving fee structures.
- Monitoring on-site works and ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.
- Providing cost assessments for payment claims, variations, and client presentations.
- Reporting directly to the Project Director.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience in services delivery and management (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred).
- Proven experience in D&C hospital or healthcare environments.
- Robust understanding of relevant legislation
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage time and workload
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team that delivers excellence
- Detailed knowledge and demonstrated high level experience in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Degree qualified in engineering or construction (or equivalent).
- Effective interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
