Your opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Engineer will sit within the project team and be accountable for:

  • Develop and maintain an awareness of the hazards and associated SHE risks and demonstrate a commitment to eliminate or minimize those risks
  • Coordinate procurement for the designated work area
  • Coordinate construction elements for the designated work area
  • Managing the short and long term construction planning for works under control including submittals, start-up planning and programming
  • Assisting the Senior Project Engineer in preparing accurate monthly reports

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Relevant experience in project valued >$150M
  • Manage self and others to deliver work to between $1M and $10M
  • Applying engineering principles to comply with scope of works and technical criteria (SWTC)
  • Demonstrated commercial experience to include planning up to 4 weeks ahead and weekly reporting against cost and time,
  • Demonstrated experince in structural steel, insitu concrete and precast installation, building experience preferable,
  • Development of SHEQ process and procedures and management of others in conducting SHEQ process and procedures
