The Project

CPB is working on a large infrastructure project as part of building Queensland’s future. We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our project delivery team on a project based in Brisbane.

Your Opportunity

As a Finance Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the financial and administrative functions of a major construction project. This role would suit someone with strong administration skills who is comfortable working with numbers, invoices, purchase orders and financial systems in a fast-paced project environment. You will work closely with various teams helping ensure financial information is accurate, processed on time and properly recorded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage invoices, purchase orders and payment claims, and assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Assist with month-end reporting and financial reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and project documentation
  • Support with general finance administration

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Previous experience in finance administration, accounts administration, project administration or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
  • Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliations or accounts payable
