Job Duties:

  • Be the key person to lead the Graduate Programme for Hong Kong office, arrange and coordinate the HKIE Scheme ‘A’ Training
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Learning & Development function to drive people development initiatives and programs effectively in alignment with the CIMIC’s business strategies and priorities
  • As a key person to launch and implementation of various Learning & Development initiatives for Hong Kong office
  • Partnership with Regional Talent & Development team to promulgate Leighton Asia’s learning culture for Hong Kong office
  • Collaborate with external consultancy & internal trainers on online and offline training & development programs and activities with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with Hong Kong’s HRBPs to collect data for various HR initiatives in Performance Management, Talent Management and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, etc.
  • Assist the implementation of the HCM Oracle learning management system
  • Maintain regular update of training records and monthly training dashboard
  • Perform any ad hoc duties / projects as required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably with HRBP / Talent & Development and /or Employee Engagement experience
  • Proactive, people-oriented with excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability in English and Chinese
  • Strong in computer and data literacy skills, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Capable of making training reports and dashboards using Power BI is a plus
  • Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Officer, Talent & Development
  • Immediate available is preferred
