Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the hiring managers and project leaders to analyse job requirements, manpower needs, talent landscape in the market
  • Manage manpower plans in-conjunction with the Projects and ensure all recruitment related activities are handled in an efficient and professional manner
  • Develop the talent attraction strategies and execute the recruitment targets for the project
  • Proactively manage and resolves employee relations issues so as to improve the employee relations as well as staff retention
  • Provide guidance and advice to project supervisors or management in staff performance management
  • Analyses trends and metrics in providing HR insights and developing solutions and programs to assist projects in coping with business challenges
  • Ensure the day-to-day HR activities is running smoothly and algin with the Group’s policy and requirement
  • Identify the potential risks / problems from day-to-day business requests and to provide HR advice
  • Handling all cases of staff disciplinary action, summarily dismissal, termination due to poor performance, staff deceased and staff issue investigation
  • Perform ad hoc duties as per request

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience, preferably in construction / engineering industry
  • Demonstrated skills in developing long-term strategic plans and operational delivery
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
  • Good people management and engaging personality
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PC skills
