Job Duties:

• Overseeing operation, maintenance and emergency repairs for Facility Management services including building services, building management system, security, parking, cleaning, grounds, technology, and so on.
• Excellent organization skills to plan and manage systems operation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, overhaul, repair and alteration works.
• Ensuring all services meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.
• Collaborating with management on budgeting for facilities needs.
• Negotiating contracts with service providers.
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues.
• Creating reports on operation, maintenance, repairs safety and project finance.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Facilities management, Building Management, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Solid experience in project management, facility management including operation and maintenance and T&C
• Membership or association to recognized industry bodies or institutes (i.e. HKIE, IFMA, HKIFM)
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficient in spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese, and written English and Chinese
