Job Duties:

• Conduct team meetings on a daily basis to allocate work, review logistics and set targets for Superintendents, Supervisors and Foremen.
• Site coordination with Client Representatives, Main Contractor and Subcontractors to coordinate sequence of works, and tackle all technical issues regarding to site installation
• Conduct regular site inspection and report to the project manager the progress of work, and any non-conformity in related to material delivered, work compliance to contract, drawing and workmanship
• Forecast and review progress of work and coordinate with subcontractor to ensure sufficient labor force
• Conduct site visits, check workmanship by labour on site and monitor adherence to quality requirements in constructed work by team to avoid rework
• Drive adherence to work methods statements, job hazard analyses and compliance with safety norms and safety guidelines
• Liaise with Safety team to organize periodic training of the project and sub-contractor team on all HSE guidelines and local governmental regulations

Job Requirements:

• Higher certificate holder or above in related discipline
• Recognized trade qualification in building / construction works 
• Minimum 20 years' site supervision construction work or relevant experience 
• Hard working and self-motivated
• Strong leadership and communication skills
