Job Duties

• Manage all activities connected with a project from planning, through design and implementation till completion stage
• Lead and direct cross-functional teams to perform within constraints of schedules, budgets and resources
• With assist from overseas partner/agent, interact with overseas clients to drive the project and to meet client’s expectations
• Monitor project progress/billing and maintain good records throughout the project life cycle
• Ensure good performance on project operations in terms of product quality, on-time delivery and budget control.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil (or Structural) Engineering
• 6+ years' experience in site work including precast and in-situ concrete work for RC structures and exposure to managing/coordinating fabrication of precast concrete.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills applied to planning for construction works.
• Excel spreadsheets and planning skills.
• Good negotiation, communication and subcontractor management skills.
• Resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional skills in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Driver's license is advantageous (for factory inspections).
