Responsibilities

Pre-Construction Planning

• Collaborate with the BD team, Estimating Manager, and Pre-Contracts Manager to clarify client requirements.
• Develop comprehensive programme schedules and timelines based on resource requirements, historical trends, and innovative construction methodologies.
• Highlight opportunities and risks in time-related aspects of bids.
• Incorporate robust construction methodologies and 4D planning integrations for project optimization.

Project Planning and Monitoring

• Track project progress, identify deviations, and strategize mitigation plans with project teams.
• Negotiate changes to project timelines with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Provide advisory support on entitlement claims for delays or disruptions.

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain regular communication with business heads and project stakeholders to anticipate client needs and mitigate project risks.

Team Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with team members and project leaders to ensure smooth execution and resolution of issues.

Key Qualifications

• Educational Background: Degree in Building or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: At least 5 years in construction planning or project management.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Asta PP, Tilos) and construction methodologies.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of risk management, stakeholder management, and contract frameworks.
