Job Duties

• Lead and manage all commissioning activities for electrical, mechanical, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems in the data centre.
• Develop, review, and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure systems are installed, tested, and commissioned according to project requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee testing, start-up, and handover activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site commissioning teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to project teams.
• Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, reports, and records.

 Job Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commissioning management, preferably in data centres, oil & gas, rail, or high-tech industries.
• Proven experience managing multi-discipline systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and ELV systems.
• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure and commissioning standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tier standards, ISO).
• Hands-on experience with static and dynamic equipment testing and validation.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
