With a robust pipeline of work ahead, we welcome applications from experienced Jr Procurement Executive  who are passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving informed decision-making

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding new vendors, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the ERP system.
  • Support the evaluation of vendor performance based on delivery, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, lead times, and technical specifications.
  • Help manage vendor communications regarding order status, changes, and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor capabilities with project needs.
  • Contribute to vendor audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Finance or Accounting (with procurement exposure)
  • 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
  • Internship or project experience in procurement is a plus
  • Exposure to RFQ/RFP processes, purchase orders, and supplier coordination
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
  • Knowledge of vendor management and contract basics
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication skills – able to engage professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail – ensures accuracy in documentation, data entry, and follow-ups.
  • Problem-solving mindset – able to identify issues and propose practical solutions.

  • Team collaboration – works effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability – comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
