Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers, designers and coordinators in the design and development of curtain wall and cladding systems
• Act as the key point of contact with project teams on design deliverables
• Address reviewers / approval authority comments on design submissions and resolve queries
• Manage designs by external Consultants, Subcontractors and/or Site Based Designers
• Verify designs meet Client’s specifications under the contract for Contractor’s designs
• Manage the preparation of technical submissions, working closely with respective construction teams

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Structural / Civil Engineering or Architecture
• At least 10 years' relevant experience
• Min 3 years previous hospital / major building experience
• Site based role
• Knowledge and Experience in steelwork and façade design and construction best practices.
• Proficient in Revit and other BIM software
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese preferred
