About the Opportunity

Join Leighton Asia as a Project Manager for our Manufacturing Plant operations in Rajasthan India. You'll lead complex industrial projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality delivery while fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for manufacturing plant construction and upgrades
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to meet project milestones
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Implement safety protocols and quality assurance measures throughout project phases
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for senior management
• Identify and mitigate project risks while developing contingency plans

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial construction
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience with budget management and cost control processes
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
