Job Description
- Lead the planning, organization, and delivery of mid-size data center construction projects.
- Manage project teams, including direct reports and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks; drive cost-saving and revenue-increasing opportunities.
- Report project progress and financials to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 15+ years of independent project management experience in construction, preferably with data center or similar large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, engineering, design, and construction processes.
- Familiarity with local HSE regulations and quality standards in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project environments.
