Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 10-20+ members for digital engineering operations.
• Develop and implement Digital Engineering Management Plans (DEMP) and BIM/ISO standards.
• Ensure quality control, compliance with ISO 19650, and deliverables aligned to client requirements.
• Conduct audits, clash analyses, and construction simulations; provide 2D construction shop drawings (CSD/CBWD).
• Review scope changes, assist with budgets, and engage directly with clients for requirements and solutions.
• Provide training, technical guidance, and foster team innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, Built Environment, or Architecture.
• 5+ years of DE/BIM management and 8+ years in BIM coordination.
• Strong technical proficiency with tools like Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, etc.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and client management skills.
• Knowledge of proposals, budget estimates, and contractual compliance.
• Ability to manage tasks under pressure and drive results.
