Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a commercial representative to clients, supporting negotiations, clarifications, and ongoing commercial discussions
• Lead commercial and QS deliverables with a focus on financial risk management and recovery
• Review and endorse service proposals, progress claims, and commercial submissions
• Provide commercial input to project planning, cost control, and cash flow monitoring
• Support claims, variations, procurement, and subcontract administration from a business perspective
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years experience in the construction industry
• At least 3 years in a managerial or senior commercial role
• Strong client-facing, commercial, and contractual expertise

Additional Details:

• Willing to work onsite in Makati City, Philippines
• 9G visa preferred for non‑Filipino candidates (or eligibility to obtain one)
