Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that explain construction sequences and methodologies through cinematic camera movement and animation.
• Virtual Camera Direction: Design and execute dynamic camera paths that enhance clarity and engagement, simulating real-world perspectives and walkthroughs.
• Collaboration with BIM Team: Partner with BIM specialists to integrate CGI assets and ensure technical accuracy in animations.
• Post-Production: Edit and enhance animations using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, incorporating motion graphics, transitions, and sound design.
• Previsualization: Develop storyboards and animatics to plan camera movement, timing, and scene transitions.
• Technical Integration: Ensure smooth workflow between BIM-generated models and motion graphics tools, optimizing for performance and visual fidelity.
• Content Versatility: Adapt storytelling techniques for a wide range of projects, including civil infrastructure (e.g., tunnels, roads, bridges) and advanced tech sector buildings (e.g., data centres, healthcare facilities).
