About the Role
We are seeking a OneDCS Manager to lead our fast-growing Service Centre in Mumbai. This role plays a critical part in supporting CIMIC and ACS operating companies globally by delivering high‑value services including Digital Engineering, Planning, Commercial Services, Digital Creatives, Digital Transformation, and other augmented service offerings.
As the OneDCS Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation, maintaining project and service excellence, ensuring governance and compliance, and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary service centre team, including resource allocation and project task monitoring.
- Oversee consultants and third‑party services supporting Digital Engineering.
- Develop, implement, and enforce project execution plans and workflows.
- Maintain and improve software templates aligned with standards.
- Ensure quality control, compliance, and adherence to company and project standards.
- Support audits, non-conformance reviews, and corrective actions.
- Contribute to financial, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
Project Coordination & Monitoring
- Engage with project teams to understand requirements and deliver technical guidance.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Manage scope changes and assist in commercial assessments.
- Lead the submission and closeout of project deliverables.
Compliance Review & Monitoring
- Review models, drawings, and documentation for compliance with standards and project requirements.
- Guide teams in documentation management, delivery logs, and schedule tracking.
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and quality management systems.
People Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical and behavioral competencies within the team.
- Manage performance reviews, recruitment, and workforce planning.
- Foster a positive team culture aligned with CIMIC and Leighton Asia values.
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate technical orientation and training programs.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, Built Environment, Architecture, or Building Services.
Required Experience
- At least 10 years of experience managing large technical teams delivering internal services.
- Strong understanding of digital engineering workflows across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills.
- Experience in design management and construction delivery.
- Proven ability to drive business excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Strong presentation, networking, and training capabilities.
