 Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, licensed preferred
• 20+ years total work experience
• 10-15 years relevant experience in managing the commercial department of projects of similar size/complexity
• In depth knowledge of construction industry specializing in Data Center project
• Knowledgeable of legal aspects relevant to contracting and different forms of contracts
• Excellent Planning & time management skills and process orientation
