Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
  • With at least 4 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
  • Experience in any of the following project types:
    • Data Centers
    • Airport Terminals
    • Hospitals
    • Manufacturing Plants
    • Casinos
    • Hotels
  • Hands-on experience in planning and scheduling for MEP Works
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules and work programs
  • Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of activities
  • Generate progress reports, forecasts, and recovery plans
  • Support project controls, resource planning, and project monitoring activities
 
Software Requirements:
  • Primavera P6 (must have)
  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Excel
  • AutoCAD (preferred)
 
Other Requirements:
  • Willing to be assigned on project sites
  • Must provide a portfolio/list of completed projects, indicating project type, scope, role, and involvement
