We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs, design change reviews, BoQ preparation, and other quantity surveying activities across various project stages.
• Carry out QS-related tasks as assigned by the Senior QS, Lead QS, QS Manager, or Commercial Manager.
• Provide support to the estimating team as required.
• Conduct first-level reviews of Junior QS deliverables when necessary.
• Analyze and understand project specifications and material requirements.
• Identify and evaluate potential local and international suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, specifications, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Escalate supplier capability issues and source alternative suppliers as required.
• Review supplier documentation and highlight discrepancies to management.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress against scope requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, valuations, and payment certifications.
• Manage project documentation and records.
• Support change order and variation management processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of quantity surveying experience within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying and commercial management practices.
