Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business intelligence and digital solution projects.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Build and enhance applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop data solutions and analytics using Azure, SQL, and Python.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, governance, and mentorship to business analysts.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or digital solution delivery.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience with Azure data and analytics services (e.g., Synapse, Data Factory).
• Proven experience leading BI, analytics, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications (PL-300, PL-400, PL-600, DP-203) are an advantage.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Must be amenable to work full onsite in Makati City.
