Join the South Commuter Railway Project and play a key role in driving quality excellence across one of the country's major infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project quality planning and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• Monitor project quality performance, inspections, testing, and audits.
• Manage quality documentation and electronic document management systems (Aconex/EDMS).
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external quality audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolution of non-conformances.
• Develop and deliver quality-related training programs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA/QC team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline (Licensed Engineer preferred).
• Certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System Auditor.
• Experience conducting Quality Plan and QMS-related training.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. 

Experience Required

• 7–10 years of total experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
• Previous team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, ISO standards, audits, ITPs, CMS, and QMS implementation.
