Job Qualification:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of construction work experience, with exposure to estimating
•  7-10 years in a supporting role within Estimation, preferably in the region
• Construction, mining, or oil and gas experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CATS or other estimation software preferre
• Familiarity with planning software is an asset

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist in Preparing Pricing
  • Assist in preparing accurate tenders and proposals, ensuring they meet company policies and objectives.
  • Support the Estimating team in coordinating tender submissions in line with company standards and regional practices.
  • Aid in the refinement and maintenance of estimating systems used by the team.
• Risk & Opportunity Management in Pricing
  • Support the Estimating team in managing estimating processes to ensure best practices and up-to-date tools are used.
• Assist in identifying and assessing risks and opportunities in proposal pricing.
  • Help prepare information for tender review, obtaining necessary approvals from the General Manager and Managing Director.
