Job Duties

• Develop and maintain project schedules, construction programmes and look-ahead plans.
• Monitor project progress, key milestones, critical activities and schedule risks.
• Coordinate with construction, MEP, commercial, procurement and commissioning teams.
• Prepare progress reports, schedule updates and recovery plans.
• Support delay analysis, programme reviews and project planning activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and project planning tools.
• Data centre, mission-critical or major construction project experience preferred.
• Good analytical, coordination and communication skills, with working proficiency in English.
