Job Duties
- Undertake claim / forensic delay analysis to support extension of time (EOT) claims and potential dispute resolution.
- Work with planning teams to review and interpret baseline, updated, and as-built schedules using Primavera P6, Tilos and other scheduling tools.
- Assess causation and entitlement using appropriate delay analysis methods (e.g., Time Impact, Windows Analysis).
- Prepare clear reports and presentations on delay events, critical path changes, and project impacts to the client and internal senior management including the JV board.
- Provide strategic advice to the Project Director on claims positioning and risk mitigation related to time.
- Engage directly with JV board members, senior management, legal teams, and contract administrators.
- Assist on the collation of contemporaneous records including site diaries, variation instructions, RFIs, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years’ relevant experience in planning, project controls, or delay analysis in the construction industry.
- Proven track record in claim / forensic planning on large-scale infrastructure or building projects, preferably in the Philippines or Southeast Asia.
- Negotiation and agreement of time related entitlement with the client.
- High degree of proficiency in Primavera P6 and Tilos, with strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
- Familiarity with FIDIC international contract forms
- Strong report writing and presentation skills with the ability to present findings confidently to the client and at board level.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
