We invite high-calibre candidates to fill the following position in Malaysia.
Job Duties
- Analyse project performance, financial results, business forecasts, and key performance metrics to provide actionable insights that support business growth and decision-making.
- Prepare executive presentations, management reports, and board papers while supporting leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis, evaluate business risks and opportunities, and support the development of strategic initiatives and business cases.
- Develop and maintain management dashboards, business performance reports, and data-driven insights using analytical and reporting tools.
- Support forecasting, project controls, operational improvement initiatives, client engagement activities, and project reviews across the region.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline; a Master's Degree or PhD is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, engineering, infrastructure, finance, business performance management, or project controls.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in business analysis, forecasting, reporting, and preparing executive-level presentations and board papers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, data visualisation, dashboard development, and the application of AI tools for business insights and productivity.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, commercial awareness, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, with aspirations for future leadership roles.
