Job Duties

• Develop, implement and maintain the project-specific H&S Management Plan.
• Ensure compliance with Thai legislation, company standards, client requirements and contractual obligations.
• Lead the identification and control of high-risk activities, including energisation, LOTO, lifting operations and work at height.
• Manage subcontractor safety, JSA/RAMS, Permit to Work, safety training and workforce competency.
• Lead safety inspections, audits, incident investigations and corrective-action close-out.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in H&S, Safety Engineering or a related discipline, with eligibility for appointment as a Professional Safety Officer (Jor Por Wichachip) under Thai law.
• Minimum 8–10 years’ construction H&S experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience in data center, mission-critical or large-scale MEP projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Thai H&S legislation, high-risk construction activities, JSA/RAMS and Permit to Work systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in both Thai and English.
