Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects from design through commissioning and final handover.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, procurement activities, and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, client representatives, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Drive project safety, quality, and compliance standards across all phases of construction.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and operational readiness activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience delivering large-scale construction or data centre projects.
- Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, MEP systems, commissioning, and project controls.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
