Job Duties

• Plan and manage site logistics, deliveries and material movements in line with the Data Centre construction programme.
• Oversee material receipt, inventory control, storage and protection of equipment, coordinating inspections with QA/QC teams.
• Manage site traffic, access arrangements and delivery schedules with subcontractors, suppliers and security teams.
• Coordinate temporary facilities, utilities and housekeeping to support safe and efficient site operations.
• Monitor plant, labour and fuel usage against budget, and provide accurate records to the Commercial team for cost allocation and subcontractor recovery.
• Lead logistics teams, resolve site constraints and ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant logistics experience, including construction site logistics management.
• Experience on Data Centre or complex MEP-intensive projects; Data Centre experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, material control, delivery expediting and supply chain chain processes.
• Experience managing site traffic, equipment handling, storage and logistics resources in accordance with HSE requirements.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good written and spoken English.
